Scope of these terms

These terms govern the use of the Veproks apps and the related services operated by Kamtelashe L.L.C. Veproks is a business product: it is licensed to companies and made available to their employees for work. It is not a consumer service and it is not meant for private use. By using Veproks you accept these terms. If you use it as an employee, your employer's own workplace rules apply as well.

Accounts are created by your employer

You cannot register in the Veproks app. There is no sign-up screen, because accounts are created and managed by the company you work for. Your employer gives you a company code, a username and a first password, and can change or remove your account at any time. Keep your password to yourself and do not let anyone else use your account. If you lose access, or your details are wrong, contact the Veproks administrator in your company.

Acceptable use

Use Veproks only for the work purposes your employer intends.

• Do not check in or out on behalf of another person, and do not falsify attendance, location or task records.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to upload.
• Do not try to reach accounts, companies or data that are not yours.
• Do not disrupt or overload the service or attempt to bypass its security, and do not copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the apps.

What your employer decides

Your employer configures the locations, work areas, shifts, tasks and leave rules that apply to you, and decides which of your data is processed. Questions about your attendance records, about a rejected leave request, or about the way the product is set up are for your employer, not for us. How data is handled is described in our privacy policy.

Availability

We try to keep Veproks available and working, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates and changes to features happen, and over time we may add, change or remove features. Some functions also depend on things outside our control, such as your device, its GPS reception and your network connection.

The service is provided “as is”

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Veproks is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. In particular we do not warrant that the service will be free of errors or interruptions, and we do not warrant the precision of GPS readings, device clocks or network timing. Attendance and location records should be treated as evidence for the employer to review, not as an infallible measurement.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kamtelashe L.L.C. is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit, lost data, or for the decisions an employer makes on the basis of the data in the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Ownership

The Veproks apps, their software, design and brand belong to Kamtelashe L.L.C. The data a company and its employees enter into Veproks belongs to that company. While your employer's subscription and your account are active, you have a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the apps for work.

Termination

Your access to Veproks ends when your employer removes your account, or when your employer's subscription ends. We may suspend or end access where the service is used in breach of these terms, or where the use puts the service or other users at risk. What happens to data after termination is described in the retention section of the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo, and disputes are decided by the competent courts of Kosovo. This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under the law of the country where you live or work.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page together with its effective date. If you keep using Veproks after a change, the updated terms apply.
