Our mission
We believe workforce management should be simple, reliable, and accessible to every company — from a 5-person team to a 5,000-employee enterprise. Veproks replaces outdated paper timesheets and disconnected spreadsheets with a modern, mobile-first platform built around QR codes, GPS verification, and real-time analytics. Every part of the system — check-ins, shift schedules, tasks, leave, and payroll — stays in sync automatically, so a change made on one screen shows up everywhere else within seconds, not after the next data import.
What we build
Veproks is a multi-app platform that connects three key user groups: managers, employees, and locations (via display kiosks). Each app is purpose-built for its user — managers get a full web dashboard with reporting and payroll, employees get a lightweight mobile app for check-ins and requests, and locations get a kiosk display that needs nothing but a tablet and a wall mount. For companies running multiple branches, a manager can be scoped to a single location — seeing only that branch's people and records — while a company-wide manager still sees everything from one place.
