Data deletion

Deleting your Veproks account and data

How to request deletion of your Veproks account and the data connected to it.

Effective 29 July 2026

What Veproks is

Veproks is a workforce management app operated by Kamtelashe L.L.C. Companies use it to record when their employees start and finish work, to assign tasks and to manage leave. If you have a Veproks account, you received it from the company you work for. This page explains how that account and its data can be deleted.

Your account is created and managed by your employer

Veproks has no sign-up: you cannot create an account in the app, and you cannot delete one from inside the app either. The company you work for creates employee accounts, manages them, and is the controller of the data in them. That is why a deletion request goes through your employer.

Step 1 β€” Ask your employer

Contact your HR department, or the person who administers Veproks in your company, and ask them to delete your account and your data. Because your employer manages the employee accounts, they can act on the request themselves or pass it on to us. This is the fastest route, and in most cases it is the only step needed.

Step 2 β€” Write to us

If your employer does not act on your request, or you can no longer reach them, email info@kamtelashe.com. Please include your name, the name of the company you worked for, and the username you used, so that the right record can be found. We reply within 30 days of receiving the request. Because your employer is the controller of the data, we may need to confirm the request with them before data is deleted; if we need anything else from you, we will say so within those same 30 days.

What is deleted

A deletion request covers the data Veproks holds about you:

  • Identity data β€” your username, and the name, contact details and profile photo kept in your employee profile.
  • Your employment and payroll records β€” job position, hire date, leave entitlement and balance, pay figures, and the banking, tax and emergency contact details held in your employee profile.
  • Your check-in and check-out records.
  • The location records β€” latitude, longitude, accuracy and time β€” attached to those check-ins and check-outs.
  • The photos you uploaded to tasks.
  • Your device identifiers and saved language preference.
  • Your leave requests and their history.

What may be kept for longer

Where your employer has a legal obligation to keep records β€” payroll, tax or labour law, for example β€” the records covered by that obligation may be kept until the legal period ends, even after a deletion request. In that case they are kept for that purpose only. Your employer can tell you which rules apply to them.
